Refund due to medical reasons

In order to do so, you must provide an official medical document from a recognized medical institute.

In most cases, you will need to file a refund request at least 48 hours before the flight.

In any case, we would like to inform you that the seats should be released up to 24 hours before the flight.

Please note that there is a possibility that the request will not be accepted by the airline and in this case we will have to proceed to the cancellation based on the terms of the fare.
