Delivery Options

Up until today, ferry tickets should be printed. There are a few exceptions where electronic ticket applies. You can choose one of the below options to pick up your tickets when booking with us:

• From the central agency of the ferry company, you are traveling with, at the port.
• We can send them to your preferred location by courier

Please note that there are some small ferry companies that do not allow port pick up. In this case, you will need to choose from the other 2 options. It is mandatory that passengers pick up their tickets prior to departure or else they will be denied boarding.
