I would like to cancel by booking

Cancellation policy varies depending on the ferry company & the travel dates. The general cancellation & refund policy is as follows:

• 100% at least 7 days before the scheduled departure
• 50% at least 3 days before the scheduled departure

If you decide to cancel, you will need to get in touch with us, here. 

As soon as you agree on the process & refund amount, we will process the cancellation & inform on the refund dates. Usually, it takes up to 20 days from the date that the cancellation is processed.

If the tickets are already printed & delivered to you, we will need them to finalize the refund. In this scenario, send them to our offices via courier (you will have to cover the cost).

For the cancellation of each ticket, there is an extra service fee of 3€/ticket plus the cancellation fee imposed by the ferry company.

Please note that no cancellation is allowed after the scheduled departure.
